Our Advice Service

We are continuing to operate our advice service but we have had to make some temporary changes to how we operate.  We are now back in the office full time but are still unable to conduct outreach surgeries or home visits.  You can no longer just drop into our office if you need our help as access to the building is restricted to appointments only.  If you would like to discuss any issues with us in person then please telephone or email to make an appointment.

We can still help you to find out your entitlement to welfare benefits and to complete application forms to apply if you would like us to. To book an appointment or for further advice please telephone 0333 366 1045, telephone or text 07786 088538 or email enquiries@dialsouthessex.co.uk between 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

All people visiting our office will be required to wear a mask/face covering at all times whilst in the building.  If you are unable to wear a face covering then we will still help you but it will be by telephone and not in person.
